Today Pilson’s picked up my van from my work for an oil change and some recall work. Of course I got a phone call from my kids at home that my 6yr old fell and hurt her elbow. After triaging on and off over the phone for 45 minutes I decided I needed to get home and see how bad it was. But I had no van. I called Pilson’s and explained my predicament. I bought a vehicle from them and made an agreement. They didn’t honor their agreement and then their finance guy had the audacity to get frustrated with me about it. I wouldn’t suggest their finance guy to manage a fish bowl and I’ll never give this place business again.
I’ve been taking my cars to Pilson Auto Center in Charleston for years and have never been unhappy. The service technicians have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them.
