Horrible business practices. never secured my loan, lucky for me the car was junk and they had to take it back.
The process of buying the vehicle I wanted was easy, it’s the service I’ve had after that I don’t agree with. A 2017 should not need new struts, mind you twice now in the 2 years I’ve had it. This car is a lemon. Unfortunately I’ve not had good experiences after the buying process. I just want this off my hands, but won’t give me enough for it.

Two different salesmen lied to me about the vehicle history. In the first year of owning the car, it had been worked on four time, leaving me with a loaner vehicle each time. After finding out the car had been in a severe accident and purchased by Pilson's from an auction, they refused to do anything to make the situation right, except give me a lpt of excuses and offer half of what I paid for the vehicle to buy it back. Team was very professional and gave me a great price on my trade in. Most of the negotiations were over the phone as I was over 100 miles away. By the time I arrived they already had my truck ready and paperwork completed. My easiest purchase by far!
