They totally took advantage of me!!! I told the salesman & finance guy that my head was foggy and I have not worked for a few weeks because of my current medication situation with my mental health. They cannot deny that I explained this to them and that I was on Social Security Disability Insurance because of my mental conditions... because they asked about my financial situation and I explained it all to them! Jason in finance was super nice, Collin in service was also great, Jamie Pilson was super in making sure my car was fixed at great price.
they put a advance water pump in which leaked making my motor go bad then wanted to charge me 6300 dollars for a motor promised me a loaner then because I decided to do business with the ford dealership tim at the Chrysler dealership said he wont give us a loaner
They lied to a customer about the year of a vehicle. Then when she was in labor the car overheated forcing her husband to miss the birth of their first child. They wouldn’t give a loaner. And on top of that. Didn’t fix the car like they said they would.
I would NEVER recommend buying from here. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee just slightly over a month ago. To start, they told me the Jeep was a 2015 when I bought it, so I was mislead from the beginning with that. Then comes the real kicker. I was in active labor with our premature baby, and my boyfriend was trying to get to Carle hospital which is about an hour drive from our home.
