Have been screwed over by financing and caught them in a lie then they forgot to run my credit and sold me a truck then I had to redo paperwork then service is ran by idiots nothing but a horrible after the sale experience buyers stay away go anywhere besides Pilson

Horrible service never will go again, lost all my family’s business as well
Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Pilson Auto. My experience includes agreeing upon a price (including fees) prior to arrival, test driving and wanting to purchase the vehicle, and then being presented with the price + $3k. The price agreed upon was fair for both parties. If you’re looking for bait and switch tactics and a dishonest salesman, then this is your place. Ask for Jeff and he’ll give you the above treatment.
it's probably ok if you are buying brand new but if you are buying used be very careful. They do not stand by their used vehicles and wait until everything is out of warranty. Not even a year in and engine had to be replaced after taking it in multiple times during the "warranty period" and being told nothing was wrong. If you need to buy a car I recommend Diepholz auto!!
