Nicole Jones went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me out of a really BACKWARDS AND JACKED UP car situation! She definitely had her work cut out for her but handled it with grace, great service and a level head (while my tears and anxiety was raising.) She made the impossible happen and my children and I are so thankful for her and all of her efforts!!! I’ll be honest and say I have never been a fan of Pilsons but she definitely redeemed them as well as my faith in a dealership!!
5 STAR REVIEW WITH ALLDAY MCKAY: Jodi Tiemeyer recommends AllDay McKay at Pilson Auto. Mark was such an easy-going, helpful guy. He worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We liked his honesty and friendliness so much we drove 3 hours to buy our truck. We will definitely be coming back to see him for our next vehicle.

pilson sold me a 2017 Ford Explorer with an oil leak in March I gave them 4 chances to fix it. Then I went to Ford who sent me to another dealership to fix it. I still have an oil leak. Its been 7 mos I cant trust their mechanics, Ford says my car doesnt fall under Lemon Law even though pilson had my car back in their shop less tham 24 hrs after I bought it. what was supposed to be my NEW (1st second owner car only 3 yrs old) has been the worst experience I've ever had.
