In May 2024, Craig visited our property to conduct a survey on an area of damp beneath our dining room window. A couple of weeks later, he provided a quote, and I responded to confirm that I wanted to proceed with the repair right away. Recently had Craig look at a damp issue and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Turned up when he said he would and his vast knowledge and experience showed straight away. Would definitely recommend and use for any future work.
Craig gave me lots of advice by phone and email to try to resolve my tenants mould problem without charging for a site visit.
