I can not recommend these people enough, from the inspection to work getting carried out helpful friendly efficient, I had alot of condension on windows /walls they put fan in roof space all condension gone in a week so very happy with this company

Such a tidy job after so much work was done - I can't thank you all enough for all the work carried out. Amy in the office was also fantastic at keeping me right with everything. Anyone thinking of using Damp Works NI just do it, they go above & beyond & are very efficient & professional. 10/10
I would recommend to anyone! Amy was brilliant in helping reschedule my booking many many times due to move in dates being pushed back, with no additional fees! Matty came out to the house (on a Saturday!) and was very professional and informative, ensuring that we knew exactly what the process was before starting the job. I hope I don't need to but if I ever have a damp issue again, I know who I'm using!
I had Damp proofing NI out yesterday to do a damp and timber report and it was great services provided. Amy in the office was extremely helpful from start to finish. 100% recommend this business. After near 3 years of a problem that no one knew what cause was. Cowboy after cowboy I had lost faith, then thankfully I give damp proof ni a call. Well they knew what cause was and everything they said made complete sense. I have now finally my problem solved. Steven was so honest and professional. Can't recommend this company enough.
