Had a survey regarding damp in my property. Emma was prompt and kept me updated on her expected time of arrival. The survey was very thorough and I was delighted with estimate. Would definitely recommend.
Brilliant company, we had been struggling for years to find a reliable and trustworthy company to carry out damp proofing in our house. Damp Group was extremely professional and thorough in surveying and quoting. The work was done within the quoted timelines and to a very high standard. The workers were very conscientious, cleaning up at the end of every day so our house remained as usable as possible during the process. Highly recommend!
Can't recommend enough. Had dry rot in our Bristol home that another company tried & failed to deal with - Emma and Mike were friendly, fast and fixed what others couldn't. Left it a few months to leave this review and still all good / they were extremely patient with our questions and concerns before and after work / great value too.
From the first email Damp Group Bristol have been a pleasure to deal with. The survey was thorough, and time was taken to explain things clearly on the visit. Nothing felt rushed. I then received a comprehensive report and detailed quote (to a level far beyond what I received in quotes from competitors).
