Staff are very friendly and clear in the instructions. We were allowed to do the test a bit earlier. Results were supposed to come within 24 hours, but it came to me after about 7 hours, really efficient. Would recommend to others.
Not sure why all the bad reviews I had my test at 1pm paid for before midnight results and certificate was received at 21:30. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Based on my experience I would recommend.
Avoid at all costs!!! Very rude and unprofessional. They don’t say anywhere on their website that cancellations are not refundable. I booked a test for £59, had to cancel and I did more than 48 hours before the appointment time. I was refunded £29, as a gesture of ‘good will’ (!?). Why they retained an admin fee of £30 I will never understand. Don’t use this service, I will make sure a lot of people know about how terrible this company is.
Would not recommend - got a PCR test for myself and my child to travel to China. They sent me the fit to fly certificate and has got the date I had my test done wrong. This therefore meant that the airline/country would not accept it as it had to be within a 48 time frame. The only saving grace is someone at the office resent me the correct one shortly before the check in closed.
