I rented from this company for over 15 years and always found them to be very helpful and approachable. Admittedly, the team changed multiple times during my tenancy, and some staff members were better than others, but I always had a good relationship with Ken Daly and found him very willing to help if I needed it.
I'm still trying to get back my deposit from them after almost a year! No response from them either by phone or email
Very unprofessional and bad customer service I was told to to go to other estate agents it was almost as if the staff just can't be bothered will not recommend this place to anyone
I wasn't a great fan of my experience with this business. I ended up nearly losing money despite not having received any service. In the end I had to seek legal action in order to recover my lost dough from them. I'd still give them one star though, as it made for an interesting story to tell folks.
