Customer care isn’t dead …. We decided to choose Dalkard & Eliot for our flooring, LVT , we have to say both George and Steve were very patient, helpful and caring when dealing with us , something that’s hard to find these days, there customer care was excellent and there price was very competitive, we never felt rushed or pressured to book with them and they were very helpful throughout the process and sometimes even calling out of hours to communicate with us, I would definitely recommend this company and we are really ple... read more
George and his team were amazing and very good on price. We had been for quotes at various other carpet shops but found that dalkard & elliot were £1500/£2000 cheaper. We had our new house completely fitted and the finish is superb. Highly recommend.
