I rang Gray's Inn about a sudden infection I had developed, and was given a telephone appt with a doctor the SAME day. When he rang we discussed my symptoms and agreed on an antibiotic I had taken before and discussed a test in the future. The prescription arrived at the chemist the same afternoon. The whole experience was super efficient. The doctor was kind and helpful, willing to explain where necessary. All doctors in the practice follow the same routine, and I feel so lucky to be a part of their practice.
