I was given a time to service my car that fit my schedule very well. The car service was done very efficiently with my wait time being much less than I thought it would be. I was treated with the utmost courtesy.
I have been comfortable with both the salesmen and the folks in the service department. It is nice to be treated with respect and have my question answered without being made to feel "stupid". I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Dale Howard Auto.
We live over an hour and a half away from Iowa Falls when we found a suburban we liked at Dale Howard. From the moment my husband called them to the day they delivered our car to us, they were fantastic to work with!! EVERYONE was amazing and super friendly!! Even after a couple of days when we found an issue, they sent us the new part at no cost! We would definitely recommend to anyone & be more than happy to do business with them again!!
They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. My wife bought me a certificate to get the truck detailed. When I got it back it was almost like getting a new truck. They did an awesome job!

First off, love my car. I couldn’t be happier with it, and buying it was just as pleasurable. It was easy and they were all kind and very outgoing people, I do recommend Kelsey she is the coolest most laid back person I have ever met at any dealership I’ve ever been too. I highly recommend picking her to help you find a car, she is awesome and a super fun person to be around and it makes it that much more enjoyable getting a car. Couldn’t be happier
