This was one of the easiest trips to a car lot. We worked with JJ. He worked with us over the phone and also at the dealership. He was very courteous and professional to work with. The sales and finance managers were also great to work with.. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Service advisor did not write on repair order of the major reason for needing service. He wrote a minor item and that is all serviceman repaired. Very next day car would not start. I paid for something that didn’t fix it. And paid for oil change but had one a month before elsewhere. Management said I would be refunded that but never received
Kind and compassionate staff- sending a shout out to Tony specifically for being so helpful. When a person goes out of their way to help another with nothing for themselves to gain- that’s a true testament of good character. Thanks Tony!
