Always informative with any issues with my vehicle. Professional and always care about what they are doing. I have gotten my last 4 or 5 vehicles there and have had nothing but courtesy and respect from them.

Service personnel are very friendly. I must say though, bringing your van in for an oil change and then getting a list showing you allegedly "need" $1,044 worth of work done (not counting new tires) is a bit of a shock!

Only good thing I can say is that Jean is great there, very good. Otherwise my experience buying here was terrible. Bought the truck in May and was told they would replace the stereo because it wasn't working correctly. Almost 3 months later and multiple attempts to contact them about it, with no response or action on their part. Also had several issues with title transfer. Will never do business with them again.
We just completed a purchase of a GMC Acadia at Dale Howard. I NEVER thought I would say this about the process of buying a car, but we had FUN! I will buy cars for the rest of my life from Mike Barberra. He's extremely knowledgeable about his product, patient with his annoying customers (us), and just a fun guy with whom to do business. The rest of his staff was equally professional and helpful. No need for anyone to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.
