I’ve gotten all 3 cars I’ve ever had at Dale Howard! They’re great to deal with, and always give prompt service and always get my car up and running! You guys are great!!

Bought a used car from them in January, went in for its first oil change today. Get it back and it needs new tires. I was told when I traded in my truck they couldn't give me as much for trade in cause they put new tires on all there used vehicles. I call in and they tell me that they dont put new tires on all there used vehicles and that it's ok to go through 3/32nds of tread in one oil change period. Try to talk to people and just get passed back and forth. I have bought 2 vehicles from them in the past year, just not happ... read more

Been using DHAC for several years to service my company vehicles. Always prompt service. Had a clunking noise in my 2018 Ford Escape a couple weeks ago. Gary did some research checking into service blogs and discovered a similar problem. Ordered the parts and within a short period the vehicle was repaired. Kudos to Dave, Stephanie and Gary in the Service Department. Pleasure working with these folks.

I took our 2017 Dodge Durango to the service dept for a vibration / noise that had been happening for quite some time. I had taken it to a dealership close to where I live, assuming they would be able to fix it, I was wrong. After several failed attempts and a lot of miscommunication the noise was still there. I called Dave at Dale Howard , explained the issue and he said to bring it in . Low and behold they looked high and low and were able to find it and FIX it. Wayne was our salesman, heck of a nice guy. Even stopped to see ask if we were happy with our add ons (running boards, vent covers and such). He wasn't just nice to get the sale, always checking with us to make sure we are still happy with our purchase that we made Nov 2017. Thanks Wayne! We had a few problems and had to visit service department, problem was pilot error but they helped us figure out the problem, lol. Thanks!

Had issues with my battery.....called the service center they weren't friendly and they made it seem that I was bothering them. I think the prices were way too high but I didn't have any other choice. They didn't explain anything. I also think they have created other issues with my vehicle.
