when I ask you a question about a certain noise or an issue about a vehicle I test drive, I expect you to answer me and not ignore the questions I ask. and if your not sure, say you will talk with a mechanic. not gonna buy a vehicle with issues and definitely not gonna buy a vehicle from someone who only cares about getting paid. I'll take my business somewhere else. thanks

Truck I bought wen through their (what ever point) inspection before it hit the lot. I found NUMEROUS things wrong with it in the lot. They were unaware of these things. I haggled a bit which they were receptive to. Bought the truck only to barely get out of town for work where I notice the heat isn’t working right and the exhausts is broken right behind the muffler. Stuff that was obvious broke for a while. I called they sent me to a shop where I was working to get repairs made and they paid for them. But truck was gone for... read more
Had an excellent experience! Would definitely recommend for car sales. Kelsey was awesome through the whole process and explained everything we questioned. She also went above and beyond with her sales to make sure everything was what we wanted and made it right. Thank you Dale Howard and Kelsey!!
Expectations are not reasonable and willingness to help is not there. Took multiple days to respond after reaching out to them multiple times. Won’t do business again and will not recommend them.
I know most of the guys and gals that take care of scheduling and organizing service and repair of my vehicles. I’ve been buying and taking my cars to DH for service for 25 years. They always treat me well and are respectful of my time if I’m waiting in the store.
