My husband and I went in Monday 6/22/2020 for service. We were looking at trucks just looking not much available . We test drove a Colorado and done how we got into a deal before I realized. And traded a perfectly good truck 2014 Silverado low mileage . I have buyers remorse and am sick as it was the wrong thing to do. It’s a step down . After a sleepless night I went by next morning I wanted to cancel whole deal and get my 2014 truck back I was told it was digital and I couldn’t. My friend bought a Certified Preowned car here last October. It has not run for over 100 of the days she has had. She purchased the warranty but they cannot get it fixed. They are blocking her lemon law claim because they took it as a trade in, so they claim they were the second owners. Now it won’t even go into neutral to be towed there. Do it right! Fix it or give her one that runs! 😡
