Im writing this as a concerned patron of the dealership. I recently went in to see about buying a car and not only did no one seem to care about wearing a mask appropriately or at all in some cases, i also overheard that someone working there tested positive for the virus and they have yet to do any kind of sanitation work. When i visited the service area and waiting room as part of a tour, i saw the same. Employees with masks under their noses or not on at all and no sense of social distance. Dale Jr Chevy dealerships customer service lounge is clean and comfortable to wait while service is performed on your vehicle. The doughnuts are not bad either.

My truck wouldn’t crank this morning and Dale Jr. Chevy on Tennessee Street bent over backwards to work me in. My service advisor, Jude, was knowledgeable and friendly—and the coffee from the fancy machine in the waiting area is an awesome touch!
