Nicola and her team handled the conveyancing of our Mum’s house, which completed last Friday. I cannot fault their collective attention to detail throughout the process. Their excellent electronic communications made the whole experience seamless and without a hitch. Severe lack of communication from solicitor to first time buyers. We ended up pulling out of our purchase, not helped by the lack of communication! Would not recommend, especially not to FTBs
