Mel behaviour is very unprofessional and bites back when you don’t want to make an offer on a property. Offered a previous survey that she stated was really good, after a 4 day delay waiting for it having to ask three times. The survey has about £40,000 of repairs. She states “I feel really sad for you that you lose out, never mind” I’m disgusted at the behaviour.
Worst lettings agency I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. Things started well, then progressively got worse. They advised to the landlord to say they were selling to get me out, applied to the courts, so therefore misled the court, then a couple of months later there re-letting the same property, for £100 a month more stating there after long term tenants. The landlords aren’t innocent in this, as it’s there third time in 10 years pulling this trick
