Went there tonight and got the wrong order. First they brought out the wrong order and we told them it was wrong and what we actually ordered. They came back with our order and it still wasn’t correct and we tired to talk to the guy but he kept walking away without listening that one of our items was still wrong. We finally left because they were so busy.
This is the second time I have gone to the 1701 W. Pecan Pflugerville, Texas store and waited behind 7+ vehicles only to get to the ordering box, and have the tell me they were only doing food cause there ice cream machine was broke. Then why would you not put up a sign saying ice cream machine BROKE... So I wouldn't wait behind all those people ordering food? I lost at least 20 min in line 2x, not to mention the 30min drive the other direction to the next dairy queen. It took me an hour to pick up Fast Food for my family. -... read more

Poor service, even worse attitude from girls that work there. Got my order wrong and blamed me, then didn't even try to make it right. I'll go elsewhere instead of putting up with people that are just there to collect a check.

I came home with the wrong order. I contacted the store to let them know and was told that the associates working there could not refund me (and I was not driving back from out of town), but they took my number down to give to her father. I have heard nothing. I will not be returning to this one.
