I placed my order on the app WHILE I was park in front of the doors. NO WHERE on the door does it say you have to be in a specific spot for them to bring you your food. I waited there for 30 minutes while I tried calling the phone said it wasn't working or taking messages. Got back in like of like 10 cars waited another 15 minutes to get to the front window to receive my food that obviously had been sitting there the entire time .
