Great service, friendly and helpful

Made a quick stop - craving chili hot dog and DQ was open - was so impressed with the young people and their customer service approach and team work - very impressed - have not seen this kind of service in any place to dine in a very long time including some high end places - excellent job to the parents of these young people and the management!
9 times out of 10 your customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Pull up and say your total is $7.51 go to hand her the money before he got his hand to the window she slams the window shut!!!!! Comes back a minute later. Very poor customer service. I think today will be my last dq trip.
SO THANKFUL for all the POSITIVE changes that have come to this DQ (on Thompson Road). This level of QUALITY and DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT is EXACTLY what this area needed / needs! The Ice Cream Cakes are INCREDIBLE and we absolutely LOVE the courtesy Pup Cups for our Furriends!! Thank-You DQ!!
