The best treats, food, and service!
I had the worst service here. The manger Dk took someone who was with the gm before me who came in after me I had to wait at least 20mins(4 cones and 2 blizzards) and the employees told my kids who were waiting outside on a bikes if they were not ordering they had to leave the property after I was tried of the poor service got my money back and was shorted change.
Walked in at 9:35 and was told the lobby was closed and we had to use the drive thru when people were in the lobby, Google says they close at 10:30, and the signage on the door said closes at 10 manager was rude why would we want to wait in the line that's wrapped around the building and have our ice cream melt in 95° weather before we even make it home ! Horrible customer service and won't be returning
Very slow service in the drive thru. I waited 20 mins for my ice cream !!!!
