Messed up order. Took 30 minutes. Got home and my sons gravy in chicken basket was so watered down he would eat it (and that’s his favorite part ). Always have been a DQ fab but this place is not getting our business again
slow, mismanaged, Ive been 3 times hoping it would get better, but it hasn't. this is the last time I'm wasting my time and money at this dairy queen!
Kicked out the restaurant because they said the dinning room was closed when there were two customers sitting down in the dining room. There were no signs posted that they were closed. The cashier who took my order asked me was my order to stay or to go. I told him to stay he did not tell me that the restaurant was closed. This is disgusting would you eat this?
Honey BBQ chicken strips were literally smothered in bbq sauce. Couldn’t even see the strips in bottom of basket from the excessive amount of sauce. It was like the took the sauce container and just pumped it 6 times over strips or poured a half a jar in it. My boyfriend and I couldn’t even finish our food. Wouldn’t recommend.
Lousy service. Lady over speaker said order when ready and I tried ordering several times and no response. I pulled to the window and waited 5 minutes and no one came to the window. Didnt even see anyone inside. they've always had horrible service here.
