Poor service, sticky floors and cashier that don't know how to work register and they don't know the products
Aweful patking One person taking orders at lunch??? Waited 45 mins for dessert then gave up. One star for protein.
I've had 3 blizzards so far since Dairy Queen Lafayette opened and each time I order, I notice that I barely have brownies in my Georgia Mud Blizzard. I have to ask for extra toppings to get what is considered normal at other Dairy Queens.
This is a horrible place!! Sure doesn't meet the DQ standards in Rayne. We spent $20 for some dried chicken tenders and soggy toast. The girl taking orders for drive thru wasnt equipped enough to take orders she was slow as hell. I will NEVER go back to this crappy place when i crave DQ i will continue to drive to Rayne and get my DQ fix!!!! I doubt that this DQ will be open more than 6 months
Love the ice cream. The food not so much. Stick to ice cream. :)) The peanut buster parfait is my best childhood ice cream. Will return for only that.
This seems to be an ongoing issue. I ordered the chicken basket got 4 or the smallest fingers ever. A total of 12 fries and two pieces of toast that literally dripped butter... When I pay this much I expect some quality.. first week was amazing but they are really really dropping the ball now... May want to reconsider the staff.
People are rude, management needs to do their job and train these ppl right. The food is awful cause they don't adhere to DQ standards. I won't return
