Drive through window 45 minutes to an hour last night just to get a hamburger fries and a blizzard if you’re not in a hurry and you have an hour to kill come Sit in line

Employee making food was not wearing a mask. Will not take a chance there ever again... Needless to say nothing appears to have changed there since the last person posted similar concerns…😢😷😷🍦🍦

It’s been disappointing all the new folks running the drive thru always get your order wrong! What happened to David he was super accurate, the other irritating thing is after each item you order they ask “is that all” probably why they missed an item I ordered today! They are to busy rushing to listen! I love this DQ will this keep me from going back probably not, train your folks please ASAP!

ordered a 4 piece tender with extra honey bbq. got nuggets, no honey bbq sauce, no extra honey bbq sauce, french fries were under cooked. toast was probably the best part. I took one bite of a dry, hard unsauced chicken nugget and it was cold but the ranch dressing was hot. too many teenagers in the kitchen. it's not the first time but it is my last.

Ordered the steak fingers and gravy! The steak fingers are good,,had them before,, but this time the gravy was just water! Literally water! Like they ran out of gravy and just poured white water in the cups! Couldn’t even call the store and ask because you just get a busy signal! I even tried tasting the so called gravy,,absolutely disgusting no gravy taste at all! This is such bull crap to do this to a long time customer! Shoulda known it was gonna be a bad time when one of the workers stared at us when we pulled into the lot.... weird... absolute. Garbage. Staff was semi rude. That fake nice..... gave us.... ‘gravy’ that was more like school glue... we ordered extra gravy with our STEAK baskets!!! What’d we get? Chicken. Not to mention she tried to force drinks on us.... look folks, if you do not like your job. Please don’t take it out on customers. We were polite. We said thank you and please. This is sad really. Fuq this DQ.
