Hubby & I had lunch there. Our sundaes came with the food. And the ice cream never melted... so I’m wondering what we ate? I had hot fudge, which is my usual & have never not had the ice cream melt. 30 mins & still not melted. Strange. Has anyone else had this experience & know what it was?

Just spent 30 mins waiting for 2 ice creams and my fiancé’s we spur vanilla ice cream when he asked to an Oreo blizzard... crappy service all around. Waste of time.
ordered a plain tenderloin at the drive-thru since the inside is not open due to covid. got to my destination opened my sandwich and I was smothered with ketchup mustard pickles and onion. that was a wasted lunch

Went to this location today (09-21-20) and got some cheese curds, when they gave them to me, the cheese was still frozen in the center so we drove back around (dining room is closed due to COVID) and they took the same ones that I had in my car already, and had already touched, put them back in the fryer and then gave them back to me. When we first moved to this area 2 yrs ago, my daughter requested a Dairy Queen cake as this was our fav from back home. When we picked it up, they hadn’t even started our order for a half sheet cake! Needless to say, I brought home a cake that was literally a puddle of melted ice cream in a box.
