I never received the item. The courier delivered the parcel to the wrong address (I have a photo of a completely different door), but the seller refused to help. I contacted them, and they said it’s not their problem. eBay also closed the case even though I provided proof. I lost my money and received nothing. Very disappointing experience — avoid this seller!
Bought a set of drawers 3rd party from the range....I piece is faulted which I only noticed when putting together the second part of the frame. they want me to dismantle the frame as only willing to replace faulted part. this is flat pack furniture everyone knows once you take it apart it never goes back together right. I was happy to keep the parts I hadn't started to build. An absolutely shocking company with no idea about customer service - goods are described incorrectly, are or poor quality then resfuse to refund when tracking shows as returned...shame on you!
Absolutely appalling company!!! They lost a shelving unit we returned in person and hand delivered to make sure it's there. They then simply refused to refund and also refused to give it back to us saying it needs to be processed. Still no refund after 3 months! Avoid at all costs.
Purchased a wardrobe and draws with this company via range market place. After realising how small and looking at other reviews from buyers I cancelled my order immediately only to be told even though my products had not been delivered I would be charged a £50 return fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WILL TRY TO SCAM MONEY OUT IF PEOPLE ANY WAY POSSIBLE
