Opened in 1989, the Dahlia Lounge was Tom Douglas’ first restaurant and now considered the flagship with 12 other fine dining restaurants in downtown Seattle. The menu is comprised of locally sourced, seasonally influenced ingredients, and exhibits fresh flavours of the market. Along with other national accolades, Dahlia Lounge was nominated by the James Beard Association for “Best Restaurant” in 2006 and Diners Choice award 2018, and continues to be the quintessential Seattle restaurant experience.

This downtown Seattle staple for dinning can always be trusted for coconut cream pie, but the dinners are hit and miss!
Very nice, great dinner. Came during hot time of summer and it it was almost unbearable inside. Seems odd that a beautiful place like this does not have a better AC
