Opened in 1989, the Dahlia Lounge was Tom Douglas’ first restaurant and now considered the flagship with 12 other fine dining restaurants in downtown Seattle. The menu is comprised of locally sourced, seasonally influenced ingredients, and exhibits fresh flavours of the market. Along with other national accolades, Dahlia Lounge was nominated by the James Beard Association for “Best Restaurant” in 2006 and Diners Choice award 2018, and continues to be the quintessential Seattle restaurant experience.

Great servers, awesome cocktails, fresh menu. What more can I say!
The food here was fantastic. I had a prime rib of pork chop and it was heavenly. The ingredients are all fresh and locally obtained. This was definitely the definition of farm to plate cooking.
Always leave here happy that we had chosen Dahlia. Can't go wrong.
Love the food, outstanding service by professional team of highly experienced servers and location. Been going to the Dahlia for years. Crab cakes, coconut cream pie, salads, eggs benedict, scrambles.. I could go on and on...best way to experience The Dahlia is go and try it yourself... 50 shades of wonderful!
The duck is to die for. Get the Alaskan crab for apps. Stick to the donuts for dessert.
Great service from Ian for our large table. Absolutely loved everything we all ate. Will without a doubt recommend to friends.
