I have got my car serviced at Staples Corner I have been charged for a job that hasn't been done. I been charged for video health check which I never received. I didn't get invoice and specification what was done. For past two weeks been trying to sort this over the phone with no resolution, each time someone said that I will get a call back and no one ever called. The booking i requested wasn't made. There was no communication in the department let alone between the departments! The work that was recommended on my car wasn't done properly and left me with a poorly wheel alignment.
