Sold me a passat 2011 with a faulty clock spring. (Cruise control doesnt work) over a year been trying to get it sorted. No one calls you back. No one replies to your messages. After looking wide and far for the perfect 1st car for my partner, we actually found it right on our doorstep. We have owned the car for almost 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this garage after purchasing my 2019 car in April 2025. Within just 5 months of owning the vehicle and while still under the 6-month warranty I reported a fault and was advised to bring the car in. When I collected the vehicle, I was told the issue was caused by me putting in “bad AdBlue”, despite no real investigation being shown to support this and next time I’ll be charged. Purchased a skoda fabia estate for my son Car was suitably described in advert when viewed Sales man was knowledgeable on stock and the car A sale was made and vehicle was delivered as promised, new mot and serviced We did have a issue with car which was sorted out by the dealer ship I would buy from them again
