Very disappointing experience, especially with Rebecca. It started off well, but over time, she began rescheduling appointments all the time and the cleaning quality deteriorated (£20 per hour) They wouldn’t move rugs, didn’t mop the bathroom floor, and didn’t stay for the full hour (even though they charge for 2 hours with 2 people). On multiple occasions, we found the trash left at our doorstep or in the hallway. Rebecca is awesome, she has a real eye for detail and takes the time to ensure our house is always sparkling clean! She doesn't rush and never cuts corner, I would recommend her in a heartbeat. We have tried several other cleaning companies, but DACCS have such an excellent personal and professional approach I think we have finally found the perfect fit!
