Had a patio installed, lots of loose slabs, slabs along the edge not properly concreted under so trip hazard. Was generally disappointed in the experience which was a shame as it takes a lot for me to complain as I wanted them to do a good job and like them, lots of half days which is understandable if they are very busy but it will cost them a chance at a good reputation. On the last day was shocked how it was left so had to ask them to come back and do some extra work. Going to have it repointed with concrete at some point... read more

My family paid £1300 to cover the cost of items needed (paving slabs, concrete, digger, etc) and Albert failed to show up on 4 different occasions. After countless messages and calls to him, he finally turned up for only 3 hours and left after doing minimal work. He then tried to charge us extra for the "labour worked" when we decided we would not proceed with his services. We disputed this. Very dishonest and disappointing experience overall
Beware of this business!! Foolishly I paid a deposit for the materials for a job to be done but they have never arrived to do the work.....I was scammed!!!
