I had an appointment with Dr Njoku in Shrewsbury. The doctor was very rude and dismissive, he would not take the time to discuss my medical history in order to understand it which lead to him filling out my form incorrectly. I tried to clarify this at the end of the appointment after checking my form however he would not alter it. My licence is now delayed whilst the DVSA clarify this with my GP. I would give no stars, but there isn't the option. Avoid at all costs. Went to Shrewsbury twice to be told blood pressure too high. All very rushed with no chance for it to go down... didn't even have time to warm the seat I waw sat on. The dr (Esra...) was making mistakes all over the form. The second time I went, the receptionist came out into the car park hassling me and another person inside - I suspect they wanted to go home early - and again, not given time to wait. 2nd time coming for medical here. Brilliant as per.
Simple, efficient medical - all booked online (took less than 5 mins) and premises was easy to find, had a car park and the doctor was polite and friendly. Would highly recommend
