I would put 0 stars if that was possible. I am very disappointed by the treatment I received and I would avoid making this post if I was at least apologised to. Firstly, they brought closer the agreed day of collection so I had to make new arrangements to be at home at the pick up time. They stopped responding to my calls, and after quite some time, they messaged asking me to expect them in 20 minutes (it was already 10 pm). I was waiting up until 1am and they never showed up. I would like to thank Mr Apostolos. I very recently, sent my stuff from the UK to Athens. D2D was the cheapest solution by far as everyone else was asking more than double the money for the same thing. My stuff have arrived at home, in good condition and on time. I will confess that I was worried reading the previous reviews and I discussed it with Mr Apostolos. Bottom line is that all went well and if I had to do it again, I would choose the same company. Your life your choice..

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They were shouting on the phone that I am not confirmed for the date, even though they had sent me an email 2 weeks ago that I was. Will definitely never support them again.
