Another appalling care company in hall green just taking the money from Birmingham council funds ..NOT ABIDING TO CARE PLANS with carers staying for 6,10 12 minutes when being paid for 30mins…why send carers to deal with people who can’t complete basic care tasks!!!!School children could do a better caring job! The company is highly equipped with groups of well trained carer who are ready to out of their ways to satisfy service users. This is one of the best home care companies in the United Kingdom
