Dan was superb through the whole process for me. He advised me so well and I felt that he was always looking to get the very best solution for me. He has a great eye for detail and is determined to do the best job possible. He is punctual and attentive to all messages. On the fitting day, he and Jamie were great company, polite and respectful. Top Class Service. The team were; responsive to queries, efficient and reliable. I would definitely use them again. I was especially impressed with how Dan quickly came back to check samples with me again when I had second thoughts after choosing one.
Dan provided exceptional service from the moment we started communicating. We put an add on MyBuilder which Dan responded to very promptly! We needed an urgent carpet fitter for one of our clients Bishops Stortford and Dan was able to get the works done in just over a week from the time of enquiry, which is very responsive.
