Really impressed with DDZ. We are sailing around Britain and our autopilot pack up. They helped us procure the auto pilot and held it for over a week till we arrived. Derek was brilliant at helping us with it. We arrived at Largs, received the auto pilot and realised we may need some help. DDZ bent over backward to help us, normally a 3 week wait, Ollie, the works manager came out to help us the next day to overview our install. This level of customer service is unprecedented, if I could give more stars I would.
Great service from Dino and the team, it was my first boat purchase and they couldn’t be more attentive. Quick turn around and was on the water within an hour, which was fantastic for a Friday afternoon. Will be back for servicing and maybe an upgrade in the future!
Needed help in a hurry and was fortunate enough to meet Derek from DDZ for parts. Having little experience with engines myself, Derek was patient, knowledgable and fantastic help. 5 stars!
