Leaking roof in top floor toilet. Chaps came out and explained the issue and said a quote would come through, which it did. Work booked in and on day, chaps polite, efficient and tidied/cleaned up after. Final bill was same as quote. From start to finish, comms and work done to a high standard so very happy.
