Just recently bought a flat in Shawlands managed by D&I Scott and all I can say is they have been quick to answer any questions I have had and responded immediately to a couple of jobs that required attention. Highly recommend. I’ve dealt with property factors over the years and I have to admit this one is on the ball!
Over the past three years since purchasing our flat in Glasgow's South Side, we've needed to contact D& I Scott a handful of times and have always been extremely happy with their service. After a leak this week, I sent an email, got an immediate reply and the contractor was there by the afternoon to fix it. Marvellous service 👏
Recently I and other owners in the close have been working to improve the look of our building. We asked D&I Scott to arrange for redundant aerials and cables to be removed and this work has been completed to our satisfaction and has greatly improved the look of the front elevation of our building. Staff at D&I Scott have always been courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient whenever I have had dealings with them, whether by email, telephone or in person.
Most property management companies I’ve dealt with have been terrible D&I Scott are the clear exception. Always responsive and helpful, they do an excellent job of managing our tenement. Cannot recommend them enough.
Very positive experience with D&I Scott so far! They have taken good care of all maintainece and repairs at our property. Communication has always been excellent, and all required works managed really well.
