I was happy Dave came at 8:30 am on icy roads to fix my mothers furnace. He turned the furnace on and it fired up. I was unhappy that he left at 9 am before it shut down again at 9:30, and would not restart. He did not come back to fix the problem or call me back. She basically paid him to fix nothing and have no heat.
Mr. Reese did a great job installing our new air conditioning in our summer home. I contacted him in December about putting air conditioning in the house we use in the summer. I was in no hurry to have the job done. He finished installing the unit the end of April. It is now almost Labor Day in a summer that has been very hot.
