Decided on another company... Our 12 year old and in efficient AC died on Sunday evening... I called Monday morning and they got someone there by 2pm on the dot... which was impressive... They did their 21 point inspection and showed me exactly what happened... rusted pipes and burnt compressor. So I need to replace the system... period. Very Satisfied We had a whole new air and heating unit installed by Cyprus Air. Before we did , we got several estimates and Cyprus beat others pricing by quite a bit. We were very happy with the service...thus far. Everything seems to working just fine. Thank you.
Former customer Cyprus Air charges twice what other contractors are charging for routine maintenance. They came to my home on July 8, charged me $136 for the call, $450 to chemically clean the coils and $83 for a fuse. They did not itemize their invoice, the tech was extremely rude and I will never use them again. They initially installed the unit. After calling around today and obtaining rates from other contractors I can honestly make the statement that they are charging their clients double.
Nothing but the best service! In all the years they have been working at my home I have received nothing but the best service. It's been about a decade since the first time I called them and I have been a happy customer ever since!
Wonderful Company I have used Cyrpus Air several times now, and each time they have provided excellent work. I suffer from severe allergies and they helped me determine which of their products would help improve our air quality. Now, after installing filters in my home, I have noticed a great deal of improvement with my health. I highly recommend this company.
Prompt and knowledgeable, fixed my problem fast! It had been a few months that I was searching for a good company to work on my house, until I came across Cyprus Air. Not Very Honest We called Cyprus because we had used them for service in the past and they were always very friendly and prompt. On this occasion I was quite concerned because we were getting a burning smell out of our duct work. I called, they responded quickly and told us that our blower and mother board were shot and we needed a new furnace at the cost of $6,000. DO NOT HIRE. BEWARE. RUN. If I could click ZERO STARS I would! They are thieves, are overpriced price gougers, and in the end... unprofessional! I have dealt with everything from ridiculous price markups from the time we initiated the sale ($1500 markup), to a rep having a broken down car the day of my appointment and was almost 6 hours late, to my sales consultant falling off the face of the earth and just stopped responding via email and not returning my calls, as well as an alleged car accident being the reason why it too... read more
