No heat on Sunday morning- Fixed in an hour I called at 10:30 am, got a call back from the emergency tech within 15 minutes, he arrived 1/2 hour later and the heat was on in 15 minutes. Pricey, but then again...it's Sunday mornng.
Terrible Service, always late, awful experience Terrible company. had to wait a month for installation after paying $7000 for a heating and a/c unit. They had a new excuse every time we called to complain. Stay away at all costs

Great The motor on my AC unit stopped, and Cyprus came out and fixed it same day! It was very hot so they were really life savers. Great service and I was impressed because I did not expect them to fix it so quickly.
Great fireplace system! I had Cyprus Air come out recently to turn on my fireplace set up for the season and do their maintenance check. I purchased the whole system from them a few years ago. It's such a great system to have for these colder nights and of course through the winter. Such a huge improvement over our old system!
A+++ They came out when they said they would. The technician was very knowledgeable. Before the technician left my heat was working. Would Recommend A+. They have been the only Heating & Cooling company I have been using since I bought my house. My parents used them when I was a kid so I am continuing the family tradition.
Made it out same day! Our outdoor unit stopped working and it was so hot outside! Called Cyprus Air and they made it out the same day which was such a life saver. It was so hot inside I couldn't stand it! Such great service and I'm so impressed and very happy they could make it here so fast!
A true CLASS ACT! My best friend referred me to Cyprus, she has used them for many years and I called her for a referral. It was late on a Friday afternoon and I figured there was no hope for help getting our A/C back up and working that day. We had spent 5 days without it working because the original installer (a one-man operation ) at first couldn't find the problem and just added Freon that didn't last and then waiting days for him to come find the problem - he was physically unable to fix it and left us hot and bothered,... read more
Amazing Cyprus Air helped my family. I am very pleased with there service! They came and fixed my ac for $208 at 3:00 in the morning. I am canceling my contract with the other ac company.
