I appreciate all the hard work! I've had such a pleasurable experience working with Cyprus Air and I feel inclined to provide them with a good review. I made the decision to convert from the natural wood fireplaces to the modern gas burning versions and I could not be happier with my choice. Lifesavers! It was so hot outside and my AC just stopped working! I called Cyprus Air and they were able to make it out that afternoon. They fixed the problem and charged a fair price. I recommend them if you're ever in a bind like I was!
Be aware of who you're hiring! This company will not keep appointments, unless it is for the initial install, take my word for it! Even after we filed an official complaint with the BBB and they contacted us and wanted to "do good", they failed to show up! Unbelievable! They took over a year to send us the promised rebate, and that of course again was only after I spent hours and hours of my time on the phone. Be VERY Careful They charged my credit card the full amount the day we signed. They promised to call several times, but I had to continually call back, only to get more promises of calls. When they came to install the fireplace the installers told me they'd have to cut the brick to remove the old firebox. Later, the manager says he can get it out without cutting the brick, even though he has not been here. I now have to pay 20% "restocking" fee, which applies against the ENTIRE purchase, including LABOR. I no longer trust th... read more
World Class We have used Cyprus Air for twelve years and counting. This is a family run business and they are a friendly bunch. I Never have a problem getting the appointment day or time that I need. Always happy with the result.
Kudos!! I was looking for a good service company. I called several places and was not able to get an apt for 3/4 days. I found Cyprus on google.com and gave them a call. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I got. I spoke with their agent and she was very knowledgeable and I might say funny too! She answered my questions (I might add, she was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me) and set me up with an apt that day. Great company! Great Work! Our air conditioner didn't work at the beginning of the summer. Every air conditioner place was booked solid and this company found time to come out and look at our problem and fix it. Their staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Their rates were compeititive. Great place to do business with.
Truely World Class I'll start off by saying their showroom is completely beautiful. They have the most fireplaces I've even seen on display and they all work! This aided my decision greatly being able to see the fireplaces live was great. The sales reps and staff are very courteous and helpful. The price I had in mind was way higher than my purchase price which included installation and all of the necessary permits. The installation was flash they completed the job quick and clean. I would definately recommend.
Great call on my part, pleasant people to work with! Cyprus Air has been nothing but great to work with. I definitely will recommend them to all my friends after receiving service like that!
