Senior Citizen Love They were very fast and courteous. I am 62 years old and the service man came out within one hour to fix my Air Conditioner. I appreciate the fact that the service man had the part in his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes.

Remarkable Job! Cyprus did a remarkable job with the installation of my new vented fireplace! They offered me the lowest price in town so I selected them and boy was it the right choice. This is a friendly, family business and really is one of a kind.
Perfect! Called them on a Sunday (memorial day) at about 5:30pm because my A/C broke. To my surprise a young man answered and told me he would try his hardest to get someone out here tonight and if not tonight by 10am the following day (monday). i thought oh well he'll be here tomorrow. Security Engineer In 2004, I had a water leak in my AC unit and was told that I could have it fixed or replace the entire HVAC unit which will save on energy bills in the long run and cool down my house more efficiently. They said that they would replace my HVAC unit with Carrier but I ended up getting HEIL. What a rip off - I thought I was getting a named brand product but I got an inferrior product. DISREPUTABLE COMPANY Bottom line up front: In good conscious,I could not recommend this company. I'm a Marine Veteran and I value integrity and respect. It is very unfortunate that this company does not. I paid over 5000 to have a new heating and cooling system installed. After one week the ac stopped working. I have a newborn,so sitting in a 90 degree house was completely unacceptable! It took many follow up calls and six appointments to my home to finally get the issue resolved.
