Reasonable and fair Cyprus Air did everything they said they would. Came to repair my furnace and everything went well. The bill was very reasonable too compared to other quotes, only $145 for the service call and to fix it.

Warm Customer Our heater broke down just in time for the snowstorm, we called their emergency line and someone was at our house in less than one hour! The team restored our heat but mentioned we would want to consider a replacement. We chose not to replace at that time but the heater gave out yet again soon after. So, we bit the bullet and purchased a new unit. I researched before buying and Cypress Air was obliging during this process. They deserve a 6th star!
Great Service! Cyprus is reliable and quick! They came over on short notice recently when my AC went out and fixed it immediately. The tech was very nice and professional. I will recommend them!
Always the best Cyprus Air performed annual maintenance on two gas powered fire place units it had previously installed.
Scam - Did not perform invoiced services Service tech Carl showed up for spring AC unit inspection. I watched him on camera NOT do any of the work he invoiced. No inspection panels were opened none of the testing he claimed was done. He was in and out in 10 minutes although every other tech in the past has claimed that it is a very hard unit to work on because of tight space and hard to access components and takes about 30 minutes to perform inspection. They LIED about coming out! They gave a two day time frame in when they were going to come out. Granted they were busy. Day 1 no one showed but that was no surprise. Day 2 I waited until 1 PM and without so much as a courtesy call from them I finally decided to leave for work. I told them I'll turn around and come back home but the tech could not wait and left. A/C repair successful, fast, and totally professional Sunday, July 3rd... a hot day. I noticed that the house was a bit warm. Monday, Fourth of July - ah ha... A/C fan is on, but no cold air. Tuesday bright and early, called Cyprus Air - polite conversation, and a promise for a technician same day. Tuesday 1230, Ray from Cyprus Air arrived, explained their procedures and guarantees. Fast and courteous They were very fast and courteous. The service man came out within one hour to fix my Air. I appreciate the fact that the service man had the part in his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes.
