My 92 year old mother was admitted to Cynthia Spencer Hospice recently from NGH. The care mum received was absolutely a wonder to behold. Every member of staff caring and compassionate. Not just to the patients but also reassuring and supporting family members. Such an uplifting place where life is celebrated and enjoyed each day. I felt they treated mum as they would have treated their own beloved family. Words cannot express my gratitude to these angels from heaven working on earth. Remarkable and humbling. Thank you.
If you have ever need to come here patient or family please don't be scared, It truly is the most beautiful place. The staff are lovely but also so discreet that you don't feel like your loosing control or having your time taken away by medical staff. The grounds in witch it sits are perfect for reflection and peace. My 5 year old loved going to Nonna's hospital home and was always made to feel welcome, and Easter egg hunt was held while we were there with a choir and the bird watching from my mum's bed was so calming. What a place ! The staff are absolutely wonderful, kind compassionate caring ,helpful cant say enough to praise them all.From the doctors,nurse's to the volunteers. Thank you all for looking after my sister Sue in her last weeks .❤
Such a lovely place, my Nan unfortunately passed away at Cynthia Spencer hospice in her sleep, thank you for the nurses and doctors for being amazing 🙂
Very good place, Nurses are always available and there’s loads of them so that’s even better, my Nan is currently there under medical supervision and when I was last in on Tuesday she was cared for she was surrounded by family and nurses making sure she was alright and that if anything happens then they can help her right away
